Steve DeVoe

President, CEO and Chairman of the Board

Steve DeVoe was named president of Kelly-Moore in 2006 due to his vision, strategic thinking and leadership qualities. In 2010, he was also named CEO and chairman of the board. In this role, Steve oversees the company’s growth in addition to developing and implementing Kelly-Moore’s business strategy. He also closely monitors Kelly-Moore’s day-to-day operations and long-term planning.

Steve is committed to innovation and implementing the best ‘green’ business practices in the industry. Under his leadership, Kelly-Moore has won five of the most widely recognized and stringent green business awards.

Steve started his career with Kelly-Moore in 1977, as an inside sales person. Over the next 30 years he ascended through the company serving in roles such as store manager, outside sales representative, district store supervisor and VP of store operations before being named president and CEO four years ago.

In addition to his role with Kelly-Moore, Steve sits on the executive board for the American Coatings Association and Coatings Research Group, Inc., and is a member of the National Associations of Manufacturers Presidents’ Club.

In his free time, he enjoys golf, reading and spending time with his wife, Wendy.
