A waterborne, high build, flexible, bonding primer-sealer designed to reduce cracking and peeling of acrylic latex top coats as well as fill in rough surfaces to create a smoother, more uniform finish. Do not use under alkyd, epoxy, urethane, flat wall paints or other non-flexible finishes. Do not use on floors.
