Kel-Bond Adhesion Plus Interior/Exterior Primer-Sealer is a waterborne primer designed to provide excellent adhesion to hard, dense or glossy surfaces such as fiberglass, formica, glazed tile, porcelain, or glass. Also recommended for Kynar and Silicone Polyester siding. Kel-Bond Adhesion Plus can be topcoated with latex, alkyd, lacquer, urethane or epoxy.

Drying Time:
