e coat recycled paint is made with a minimum of 50% post-consumer waste paint. It is completely remanufactured to assure consistent performance. In this process designated paint for recycling is sorted and tested. It is then filtered, mixed and adjusted for quality. New ingredients are often added to batches of e coat to assure consistent performance, coverage and color consistency. e coat paint is also processed to assure good adhesion, abrasion resistance and durability.
e coat is available in both flat and semi-gloss enamel finishes. e coat withstands the outdoor elements and reasonable washability when used indoors. This product is self-priming on new rough surfaced, non staining wood surfaces and interior wallboard.
e coat is currently the primary supplier of interior/exterior flat and semi-gloss paint to Federal Agencies with their Federal Specifications No. TT-P2846. (Contract No. TC- G5-10F-40708). The same service is being provided to California State Agencies in accordance with State Specification No. 8010-5BS-001 (Contract No. 1-96-80-10, Vendor ID #645770).
