Primer-Surface Conditioner for Chalky SurfacesA non-aggregate type, light pigmented, penetrating oil based surface conditioner and primer for use on previously painted, moderate to lightly chalking surfaces. Also for use on unpainted wood. Not for use on bare masonry surfaces. Good for commercial and residential application.
