Clear Masonry Water Repellent Concentrate

Kel-Seal 77 Clear Masonry Water Repellent is a penetrating water-borne, vapor permeable, water repellent for use on concrete masonry units. It may also be used on pre-cast concrete, brick and some natural stone. Kel-Seal 77 is a low VOC, silane emulsion that renders the substrate water repellent with a high degree of surface beading. Kel-Seal 77 penetrates deeply into the substrate where the active components bond chemically with silica to produce a hydrophobic layer of protection. Kel-Seal 77 is especially suited for applications in cities and states with more stringent VOC regulations and is VOC compliant in all 50 states.
