Kelly-Moore Stock Ownership Plan In 1998 Mr. and Mrs. William E. Moore established the Kelly-Moore Paint Company Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). Qualifying employees become vested in this retirement / stock ownership program over time, with no out of pocket expense or salary contribution. Employee Ownership will be a major factor in the continued growth and success of Kelly-Moore Paint Company Inc.
